THIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM INCLUDES EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT YOUR
BUSINESS SUCCESS PLAN:
- 12 hours of intensive
Business Coaching by Master Coach Stephen Fairley or one of his
Expert Team Members. (The value of this coaching alone is
$4,500). Business Coaching is one of the most effective ways you
can rapidly and effectively achieve your goals. Coaching
involves a 2-step process:
Information & Education —
learning how to identify and reach your Ideal Target Market.
Action & Accountability —
putting your plan into action and being held accountable for the
results.
There are 4 group coaching
calls per month (once every week for the first four weeks of the
month) and each call lasts 90 minutes.

THIS ADVANCED PROGRAM IS
ONLY FOR ATTORNEYS WHO:
- Are actively seeking
ways to grow their business revenues and are willing to work
hard to apply these principles.
If you are convinced you can simply sit in your office and
wait for clients to line up at the door, this program is NOT for
you. Successful professionals recognize that in today’s
hypercompetitive environment they need to actively and
continuously seek out new business. This program is designed to
show you how.
- Already have an
established business are not just entering the “start-up” phase.
You will not be able to
relate well to the other professionals in your group if you are
just starting out. To qualify, your law practice must have been
running for at least 1 year.
- Have achieved the
necessary credentials or licensing to legally practice in your
chosen field.
We do not allow
legal professionals in this program who do not hold the necessary
credentials to practice. All of the strategies and techniques we
teach in this program are morally and ethically appropriate and
we only work with professionals who hold the same values.
- Are open to
non-traditional forms of sales and marketing.

If you are only open to
traditional forms of business building, like yellow page ads or
waiting for referrals to come in, or if you are not willing to
try new ideas and strategies, Your Practice Made Perfect will
not be a good choice for you. This program will push you to
implement both active and passive marketing strategies in your
business development plans. It will also show you how to select
the tactics that are most likely to work in your practice area.
- Are willing to invest
money in growing their business and ramping up their revenues.
To qualify for the Your
Practice Made Perfect program you need to have access to enough
financial resources to not only support your lifestyle, but also
sufficient to invest in your business. Some of the strategies
and techniques you will be taught will take money to implement.
We are all strongly convinced that it takes money to make money.
This program does not make false promises of instant riches or
quick, easy money. It takes work and a financial commitment to
invest in yourself and your business. If you are not willing and
prepared to spend at least $500 to $1000 per month on sales and
marketing activities to grow your business, (such as attending
networking events, holding seminars, direct mailings, business
lunches, etc), this program is not for you.
- Professionals who are
able to commit to a 3-month intensive, business development
program.
This program is an
intensive group coaching program (7 to 8 hours of business
coaching per month for 3 months). If you are unable or unwilling
to make a firm commitment to building your practice over the
next 3 months, this may not be the right program for you. Your
commitment will take the form of:
- Attending all of the
sessions and actively participating
- Investing Your Time
on weekly Action Steps (1 to 2 hours each) and weekly
Practice Building Programs (4 hours to 1 day)
- Focusing Your Energy
on practical sales and marketing actions that will bring
results
- Completing Your
Commitments and Goals
- Using Your
Resources—investing your financial resources to
build your business
